SALARY : R193 359 per annum (Level 04), excluding benefits.

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10/ Abet level 4 coupled with 1-2 years working experience. A valid, expired SA driver’s licence. Knowledge of relevant acts and prescripts, Transport circular 4 of 2000, National Road and Traffic Act of 1996, Public Service Act, and Regulation. PFMA Act of 1999. Excellent driving skills with good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to read maps and use GPS to navigate locations. Time Management skills, Good interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure with difficult customers. Sense of loyalty and responsibility. Ability to solve conflicts.
DUTIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving light and medium motor vehicles. Collecting, distributing, and delivering documents to and from various departments and other areas. Shuttling employees to various destinations for official purposes. Taking vehicles for maintenance and/or repairs. Conducting vehicle inspection before and after usage. Arranging for the cleaning of vehicles. Assisting with verification of vehicle registers and transport requisition forms. Assisting with the checking of logbooks. Making Copies and emailing transport documents. Assisting with transport, filling, and signing delivery notes services.
