- Key Responsibilities Assisting the Sourcing Co-ordinators in compiling the “new brief packs”
- Co-ordination of outward and inward-bound parcels
- Recording the movements of all garments, swatches, artwork, and colour submissions on the relevant (GIS) system Conveying garments to and from Departments for fit sessions
- Ensuring the availability of garments for reviews/showing etc.
- Constant liaison with vendors/buyers on day-to-day issues
- Internal payment system activities/orders for local packaging
- General administration
Qualifications and Experience Qualification/s:
- Minimum grade 12
Experience / Knowledge:
- At least 2 to 3 years of previous administration and clerical experience – ideally within a clothing retailer and/or importer
- Computer literate (Excel, Word)
- Competencies Ability to work under pressure
- High energy levels and self-motivator
- Attention to detail
- Strong team orientation
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
