- Aged between 18 to 28 years old
- Matric (Preferable)
- Available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (April 24– March 25)
- Should not have participated or been registered on the YES program before
- Accommodation and transportation for the applicant’s account (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of customer orders in the desired condition, on time, and correct customer.
- Attend to customer collections
- Assemble customer items
- Correct paperwork and ensure the customer signs the POD.
- Be courteous to customers and willing to put in extra effort.
- offloading and loading
- Receiving, quality checking, putting away, and picking
- Cycle count and stock count
- Customer returns items are wrapped, labeled, and isolated together
- MPODs are kept in one area
- Assist QA to assess or repair customer items
- Warehouse housekeeping
- Repair and assemble customer item
- Count of tools and issuing them
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric, tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Customer service experience
- Must be prepared to work under pressure and extra hours
- Warehouse and Distribution Centre experience
